Decision Analysis for Effective Systems Engineering

Decision Analysis for Effective Systems Engineering is a two-day intensive course whose objective is to help a decision maker think hard about the specific problems at hand, including overall structure of the problem as well as his or her preferences and beliefs. This course provides both an overall paradigm and a set of tools with which a decision maker can construct and analyze a model of a decision situation. Above all, it will provide attendees with decision-analysis techniques enabling representation of the real-world using models that can be analyzed to gain insight and understanding.
